On the basis of Article 8 of the Public-Private Partnership Law we prepare the entire necessary documentation, starting with assessment of the public-private partnership option.
The latter takes into account all the principles of the Public-Private Partnership Law and the Rules on the substance of the assessment of project implementation justifiability according to the public-private partnership model.
In the assessment we thoroughly focus on:
- conceptual solutions to achieve the issued goals and technical specification,
- analysis of development options and the ability of the investor,
- illustration of the estimated investment value and financial structure, wherefrom the risks will be evident, which a person concerned would take with the assessment of the value of individual assumed risk, economic assessment of the project,
- implementation schedule,
- estimate of revenue and costs over the lifespan of the project.
