With our knowledge and experience, which we have gained over many successful projects for various clients, we carry out assessment and evaluation of projects and programmes.
Assessment of projects/programmes
As part of the evaluation of projects/programmes we carry out:
- assessment of application forms submitted to public tenders/calls for institutions that grant additional sources of funding,
- in the preparatory phase of the project to public tender/call for subscribers who opt for independent application, we offer a careful review of the project proposal before application, advice on supplementation, extensions, and other activities improving the application form (one- or multiple-stage revision of the application form).
Evaluation of projects/programmes
Evaluation of a project/programme is the process of determining the value, importance of individual activity, project, policy or programme. In the evaluation an individual development measure is used as a subject of analysis, the measure being designed with the aim to achieve one or more clearly defined operational objectives with specific means and within the set deadlines of realization, often in the context of a broader programme. Subsequently, during the project evaluation, the planning and use of common measures with regard to the objectives to be achieved are monitored. The evaluation can be a systematic and objective assessment of the planned, running or already completed interventions.
By using different methods and instruments of evaluation, we carry out the following evaluations:
- ex-ante evaluation or preliminary assesment,
- interim evaluation or mid-term evaluation,
- ex-post evaluation.
The objective of evaluation of publicly funded projects and programmes is to determine the social costs and benefits of individual initiatives, with a view to argumentation of implementation of the particular public initiative and in the desire to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
