- a detailed presentation of the invitation to tender/call with all tender documentation and taking account of the experience to date:
- advice on potential partners in the project and search for them,
- a preliminary assessment of the appropriateness of the project with respect to the tender conditions and criteria for project selection,
- preparing a list of all the necessary information, documents and annexes to be provided by the applicant,
- coordination of potential partners in the project and contact with them to provide all necessary information, documents and annexes to be delivered by partners,
- advice on the preparation of consortia agreements, letters of intent or other formal intentions to participate in possible joint project,
- advice in adapting the project to tender conditions of the public tender/call for greater potential of applying for a public tender/call,
- preparation of supporting investment or business documents as a mandatory annex to submit to a public tender/call,
- filling in application forms,
- directing the client to obtain all the relevant required annexes and documents as mandatory annexes to submit to a public tender/call,
- preparation of the draft and final version of the application form with attachments,
- coordination of the persons responsible for signing the application form with attachments,
- adequate and timely submission of the application form to the invitation to tender/call.
