Preparation of business documentation

The business plan is the most important document prepared by a natural person or a company for checking all elements of the future company. It defines its vision, mission and objectives and gives a detailed description of the strategy for their implementation. The business plan is prepared when:

  • setting up a new company,
  • there is a wish to carry out a better overview of the market and activities,
  • a new project or business idea is implemented,
  • applying for loans, credits,
  • applying for tenders/calls to obtain supplementary financing,
  • implementing a structured management of a company,
  • aiming to fulfill the wishes and goals of the owners.

Completed business plan contains at least the following sections:

  • summary of the business plan,
  • presentation of the product or service, business and activity,
  • market research and analysis,
  • marketing plan,
  • personnel and organization,
  • development of a product or service,
  • business process and production resources,
  • time schedule,
  • critical risks and problems,
  • financial plan for the next 3–5 years,
  • acquisition of financial resources.

Business plan is tailored to the demands of the intended complementary source of financing, as it is often required to consider additional rules and guidelines for the proper preparation of the business plan.

For our clients we also prepare other types of business documentation:

  • extended stand-alone documents dealing with the chosen theme of the business plan, for example market or branch research and analysis, marketing strategy, and similar,
  • Various statistical analyses.
